personal yoga instructionWork with Elliott on poses you struggle with or develop a home practice based on your needs. The first lesson will take up to 90 minutes. Follow up lessons are 75 minutes each.

For the student who would like to begin a home practice but needs help putting poses together. Useful for students who are familiar with yoga poses and wants to bring their practice into their daily life. Asana Sequencing is also a good option for students who are ready to replace weight lifting or another gym activity with a personal yoga practice as well as for the student who would like to learn relaxation and restorative poses to reduce stress. The student will receive an outlined form of his/her personal yoga lesson, as well as initial training in how to practice the poses.Rate
